Toured the Tree Farm to support of their Cool School fundraising efforts
Hunter and Lexi Pence came out to the TXU Energy Tree Farm and Education Center as a part of their Cool School project fundraising efforts.
Matt Grubisich and Marc Beaudoing gave them a history of the farm, showed them the most recent updates, and took them through the on-site urban forest. It was great to talk to both Hunter and Lexi about the importance of trees in our communities and the role they play in our environment before posing in front of the Tree Farm sign!
