Development Associate

The Texas Trees Foundation (TTF) seeks a Development Associate who believes in the transformative power of trees and will be responsible for certain key segments of TTF’s annual fundraising while also ensuring Development operations run smoothly. This role is ideal for an experienced fundraising professional with 3–4 years of relevant nonprofit development experience, who is ready to take full ownership of campaigns, grants, and donor engagement strategies. The Associate will ensure recognition and benefit commitments to our funders are fulfilled. They must be comfortable working in a donor database, such as to generate a list of prospects or for a mailing. The Associate will also be empowered to develop and execute new fundraising strategies specifically targeted at increasing our base of unrestricted funds. This position collaborates across departments, and we expect the Associate to be self-directed, deadline-oriented, and experienced in donor communications. We are seeking applicants who are passionate about nature and want to grow over the long term with TTF.

Office Coordinator

The Texas Trees Foundation (TTF) seeks an Office Coordinator who believes in the transformative power of trees to be responsible for day-to-day office operations in the Pegasus Park and Swiss Avenue offices. In addition, this role will provide ongoing administrative support to the leadership team and other departments. Timely and accurate completion of tasks is necessary for success as administration is a communicative and fast-paced role.

Director of Urban Forestry

The Director of Urban Forestry is a senior leader responsible for shaping and directing all of TTF’s urban forestry programs and activities. Reporting to the Chief Strategy and Operations Officer, the Director of Urban Forestry aligns the activities of internal and external collaborators and cultivates program-based relationships with government agencies, private stakeholders, funders, nonprofit organizations, educational institutions, and the media to advance the understanding and use of urban trees for their benefits to human and ecological health.

Senior Program Manager

The Cool Schools Program™ supports the health and well-being of PK-12th grade students through a focus on environmental stewardship and personal connection to nature. This program aims to nurture a life-long love of exploration and appreciation for the natural environment through expansive tree planting, outdoor experiential learning opportunities, and unstructured play. 

  The Senior Program Manager will serve as a key project delivery and operational lead for the Cool Schools program across multiple projects and geographies. Specifically, this position will collaborate with the Director to build and implement operational practices that support program success and impact. They will ensure consistent delivery and alignment across all regional and functional engagements. This role requires a strategic and organized thinker with a strong operational mindset, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to track progress and success across the program.
