VIRTUAL AND PRINT WALKING TOUR

How do you experience the District? Take a walking tour of Harry Hines – either in person or virtually! The tour provides opportunities for you to engage with the streetscape, identify challenges and opportunities, and explore potential alternative scenarios.

SPREADING THE WORD

In August, the Team shared the project with three different groups – the Greater Dallas Planning Council, the Oak Lawn Committee, and the North Central Texas Council of Governments Air Quality Health Monitoring Task Force.

Over 120 people attended the events to learn more about the project and hear the preliminary results from community engagement. We discussed many things, such as the community’s desire for safe and convenient ways to get around the District (walking and biking!) and the Breathe Easy monitors! Recordings of the presentations will be posted when they become available.
