The Texas Trees Foundation Welcomes New Board Trustee

DALLAS, Texas (May 15, 2025) – Texas Trees Foundation is pleased to announce that Robb P. Stewart has joined the Texas Trees Foundation Board of Trustees. Mr. Stewart brings a passion for green space and a wealth of experience to support the mission of the Foundation: to improve the health of cities and people through the transformative power of trees.

“I am honored to be chosen to represent this impactful organization. I look forward to contributing to its growth and amplifying its profound work to create greener, cleaner, cooler, and healthier cities through their strategic and transformative work.” Robb said.

Mr. Stewart, Partner, with Troutman Pepper Lock and provides counsel in all areas of real estate and mortgage lending law to health care companies, pension funds, financial services firms, a national restaurant chain, media companies, and individuals. Other notable experience includes representing a financial services firm in joint ventures for office complexes valued at more than $500 million and assisting a national health care company with the sale of medical office buildings.

His work has been named on D CEO Magazine’s Dallas 500; D Magazine’s Best Lawyers in Dallas in 2023, and The Best Lawyers in America®, Mergers and Acquisitions, Real Estate Law from 2006 to 2025.

Robb has been a long-time advocate of parks and green infrastructure in Dallas and has served as the vice president and member of the Dallas Park and Recreation Board; member of the City of Dallas Reinvestment Zone 14; and park liaison for Fair Park First.

Robb earned a bachelor’s degree from The University of Texas at Austin and his juris doctor with honors from Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law. He is a member of the State Bar of Texas.
