Leighann Mizera

Operations Coordinator

Leighann Mizera is the Operations Coordinator for the Texas Trees Foundation, a private nonprofit focused on urban forestry, green infrastructure, and sustainable design. In her role, Leighann ensures the office runs smoothly and efficiently, stays organized, and provides administrative support to all teams. She adds a creative and out-of-the-box thought process as she strives to build a straight-forward and efficient flow within the organization.

Leighann attended Texas Woman’s University, where she completed her B.A. in Fashion Design and Business Administration. Her passion for helping others achieve their personal greatness has led to successes in her administrative career, and to her pursuing a M.A. in Counseling at Dallas Theological Seminary where she is still attending classes. She is passionate about people, holistic health, and the environment which drives her desire to make the world a better place for the future generations. When not working towards her career and educational goals, she can be found creating something in her art room, putting together something delicious in the kitchen, or loving on her Aussie-Pyrenees pup, Maisie.
