The Urban Forestry Training Program is a 12-week paid work course designed to prepare trainees for entry-level careers in green jobs. Each trainee is paid $15 per hour for a 30-hour workweek.

Through both classroom instruction and hands-on training, the program focuses on teaching practical skills that will help graduates enter the workforce.

The course is built with feedback from industry leaders and local employees to ensure trainees are prepared for permanent employment immediately upon graduation.
