Elissa joins the Texas Trees Foundation as a strategic problem solver committed to realizing healthy and just communities through the transformative power of nature.

She values collaboration as the key to successful urban projects, and excels at working with multidisciplinary teams and public-private-community partnerships.

Elissa brings nearly 15 years experience at the intersection of conservation and urban development: with the Trinity Park Conservancy, the Children & Nature Network, HR&A Advisors, and the Trust for Public Land.

She lives in Dallas, and enjoys exploring Dallas’s many parks, trails, and conservation areas with her family.
